The Black Leisure traveler is a missed opportunity for many travel marketers and tour operators. Although we don’t have the statistics from Canada, we know that African American travelers spent over $18 billion USD on travel last year. Historically, there has been a lack of representation for POC in travel shows, writing and tour operators, despite this huge market. Hopefully we can change that.
