PRESCHOOL TV: Llama Llama Joins Netflix Family
If you’ve become a parent since 2005, it is likely you will have heard of Llama Llama, a loveable Llama that is growing up and learning new and exciting life lessons everyday in the pages of Anne Dewdney’s many books.
As a the Mum of a toddler (I know- I can’t believe it either), I love reading my son Llama Llama Red Pyjama (this links to a video of Ludacris reading this story- You’re welcome) where Llama Llama misses his Mummy after she puts him to bed for the night. The book rhymes, addresses some real issues and keeps my little one engaged for more than one minute which is rare. PRESCHOOL TV: Llama Llama Joins Netflix Family
Llama Llama is a relatable and hairy little dude who is still afraid of the dark and always carries his Fuzzy doll Llama. His mother, Mama Llama, like many of us, is working mom who can get frustrated with Llama Llama’s super irritating questions, his poorly timed separation anxiety, his irrational tantrums and his inability to eat vegetables.
I get it, Mama Llama- We’ve all been there.
Luckily, Llama Llama and Mama Llama always seem to sort through the problem and Llama Llama learns a little something new.
Llama Llama is now jumping off of the pages and onto the Netflix Family small screen with Mama Llama voiced by the one and only, Jennifer Garner. Premiering on January 26th, this show is taking this little Llama to new heights and personally, I can’t wait to see where the Llamas go. My little man and I will be right along with them!
